The Showcase Centre
A premier conference room with contemporary audio visual facilities and raked seating for up to 300 people.

Meeting rooms
Located on the first floor, we have three dedicated meeting rooms, that can be equipped with Audio Visual facilities and seat up to 10 people each.

Syndicate rooms
Located opposite the showcase centre, we have a suite of three flexible syndicate rooms, that can be hired in conjunction with the showcase centre or on their own. Each room can be equipped with Audio Visual facilities, without seating, or in a range of seating configurations.

The ‘Street’
Perfect for exhibitions, trade fairs and community events, the ‘street’ is a unique and memorable event venue. It runs through the centre of the building, and is a key feature of the iCon’s eco -friendly design. It has a plastic ETFE roof- akin to the Eden project in Cornwall, and helps the natural temperature regulation of the building.
